All functions consist of ½ hr of canapés on arrival followed by a 3 course meal; you may choose two alternate dishes for each course that will be bought out on a 50/50 basis, however, we do offer selection plates for  Desserts. Please enquire re selections.

The Beverage Package is for 5 hr duration & consists of Sparkling, Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay, Shiraz or Merlot with Carlton Dry and Cascade Light, Upgrades available at an additional cost.

Carlton Draught Beeron tap, Cascade or Hahn Light, with Soft Drink and Juice Selections.
